Refund Policy

At ToyFort, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to share images or videos as proof for verification.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but you may request a refund after delivery as per policy.
