Eligibility
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to share images or videos as proof for verification.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but you may request a refund after delivery as per policy.
